Web Design and Validation Schedules

When it comes to validating your web design pages for HTML accuracy or errors, you will find that more browsers are able to find your site, which means better results in search engines. As with a number of other processes to maintain a website, we suggest you have a set validation schedule. Typically, many web design gurus will validate only if they have made some huge changes to the site, which in theory, is good. However, you will find that going through the validation process whenever a change is made to the site, small or large, allow you to maintain more accuracy.

If you have an ecommerce website or internet marketing website and you want to keep up on validation, you have some excellent options. For instance, rather than run the validation through an online service, you might consider downloading a validation program to your computer. With this, you can go through the validation process easier, allowing the web design pages to be checked. A great rule of thumb is that any time you make a change to your website, you validate. Remember, making HTML code errors happens to the best of the best. You might be busy or simply not focused when a simple mistake happens. To keep your website clean and professional, choose a validation program that can work on a variety of platforms.  In other words, you want your work to be checked for Windows, Macintosh, and so on because people conducting the searches will be using different platforms. The more platforms you can validate for, the more people will see your website in the search results.
