My present company office is not the type of office that I ever dreamed for; they are very poor in file organization and the place is quite untidy. So I prolonged my patience to this situation in the office although my heart cries out for a better place of work. My salary is good and my colleagues are nice but come on the working environment is one great factor to make an employee stay. Since I became close with my boss and he would normally praised me for doing a good job; I thought I can now raised this concern to him to be able to resolve the issue immediately. I told him nicely about our concern then I gave him suggestion on how to resolve it. Our company is pro-employee so instead of spending money for the supplies in the office the company will just give that money to us as an incentive. But then we have explained carefully to him that working environment is part of being pro-employee. So the next day my boss agreed that we call wholesale suppliers for discount office supplies and industrial supplies that we will need to make our office better. After 3 days, the place looks and smells way better than before.
